This Is My Mopar:

This is my '66 Satellite. It is a street/strip car that gets driven most weekends. It is powered by a 440 with 11-1 compression flat top forged TRW pistons. They are slung around by a forged crank. Oversize 2.14-1.81 valves are opened and closed by a 509 Mopar cam. Igniting the package is the Mopar performance distributor kit. It uses 50% Cam 2 through a 750 Holley - Torker Single Plane intake and ported 906 heads.Exhaust breaths heavily through 1 7/8" headers and 3" in 3 1/2" out Flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers. The transmission utilizes a Cheetah manual valve body and a Fairbanks 10 inch 3-3500 stall. Turning horsepower to the wheels is an 8 3/4 rear with 4.30 Richmond gears. Custom 15 inch road wheels hold 29x12.5 Sportsman Pro tires, for the street and Weld wheels are used on all four corners for the track. To make the tires fit I tubbed the car to the original frame and used the Mopar spring relocation kit. Fuel is pumped out of the 12 gallon fuel cell via the Mallory 140 electric pump. This 3650 pound B-Body has turned a best of 11.85 at 113mph. Hoping to better that next year with the presence of fiberglass bumpers. Guess that's about it.

Thanks, Chris B.
