1970 Plymouth Cuda Convertible - Emailed By : Mitchell Valentine

Hope you like these pictures of my 1970 cuda convertible. I have a scrap book of pictures from when I restored the car from the ground up. I am looking forward to seeing my car on your site.
I found the car by accident in 1995 in El Centro, California.  It was a basket case that was parked in a driveway (blown motor of course).  The car had spent most of its life in Mexicali, Mexico being driven daily. I bought the car for 1800 dollars. Luckily, the frame and basic shell were in good condition. It took me two years to get the car on the road because of a  ground-off restoration.  The motor is a stoked 383. It has the 440 crank and rods with the Indy heads package and nitrous. About 12,000 invested in the motor alone. I painted the car triple black because Ivy green metallic is not for me! I did not put a piece back on the car until each piece was perfect or new. Also, the BF goodrich drag radials keep the car fairly straight. My new plates read "528cuda".  The 528 hemi is coming soon!!!

Very cool web site!!

Thanks
Mitchell Valentine
