1969 Dodge Dart Swinger Model By Bigrod426@aol.com

This is a model of what my dad's original 69 Dodge Dart Swinger looked like in 1969. His Dart had a 340 4bbl with a 4 speed and Hurst shifter. Out back he had 3.23:1 gears chrome reverse wheels and the largest sticky Mickey's he could fit in the wheel wells. He has told me on the weekends he put a 2inch carb spacer and a Holley 750 double pumper carb and his air cleaner wouldn't fit > under the hood so he ran with out one. While he was cruising  one day another 69 dart wanted to play and he was packing a 383 my dad said yes and he blew the other Dart right out of the water with his hot set up. So when they got to the next light the other guy asked my dad what he had under the hood my dad said just a little 273 and took off. hope you enjoy my story and photo.
