1966 Dodge Coronet
440
By Donald G Vargas |

I just bought this 66
Coronet 440 all original car. It has the Factory 318 in it. All the
chrome, interior has some wear, and all the lights work, the horn does
too. Dash has not been butchered and even has the original radio! Some
minor wear in the paint of the drivers fender, NO rot at all! It was
bought new by a woman 65 yrs old, she died four yrs ago age 96 and willed
it to the woman that took care of her for 30 yrs. She drove the car for
three years, till her husband died and she parked the car for a year. She
is 72 yrs old! She did not want the car and sold it to me for $850.00 That
is all she wanted for it! I plan to keep this car as original as I can. NO
sport wheels, No engine swap, just as it came off the show room floor. As
the youngest owner I do not think I'll be as easy on it as the previous
owners, but this will be my cruiser. |
