This car was bought
brand new in 1961 by my cousin's
father. It was driven up to about 1998. Then it was
stored until 2001 when my wife and I heard it was in
her garage. We asked about the car and she told us
we could have it. We brought it home and have been
restoring it. The car comes with the original paper work. Good for car
shows. It lacks very little to be finished so we can enjoy it. The car has
129,000 miles on it. All the electrical stuff works: seats, radio,
windows, etc.
This car came with a
factory installed 413 V8 engine which is still in the car and a push
button transmission. Also have original Hubcaps for this car but took them
off so they won't fall off when we drive it. The pictures I am sending are
of when the car was on it's way home when we first got it and after we
started to restore it and got it cleaned up.
