1970 Plymouth Road
Runner Convertible By Mark Anderson
1970 Plymouth roadrunner
convertible I have owned this car since 1978 this is the car I drove to
High School, when I purchased the car the man I bought it from had
transplanted a 440 Six BBL into it. What a wicked car for a 17 year old
to drive to school (GRINS) and I put it to the test, there are so many
stories and memories in this car I could never let it go. I restored the
car back to original 1986 with a 383 hp, Auto, with factory AIR & 3.55
sure grip, it still runs very strong and I drive it quite often during
the summer. It is now due for another restoration, but that won't take
place until I have built my Daughter a 1971 Plymouth Scamp for High
School, a project we have started together and plan to have it done in
the next two years, just about the time she will get her license to
drive plans are plum crazy purple with white interior and 360 automatic
motivation. As you can tell from the pictures it was really rough when I
first purchased the road runner, it has come a long way.
