We own a 1963 Dodge Polara (maxwedge
recreation) that we restored last year (every nut & bolt). It was a
dream come true for my wife and I...we did the resto ourselves....and we
are so proud. Not only is the car beautiful, but it was a big
accomplishment for an average person who loves old mopars and has worked
very hard to fill our dreams. during the summer of 2005 we traveled to
all our local cruises with our car. Quietly cruise nationals attend all
of the Ontario cruises and pick their top 60 cars (judged by cruise
nationals and all cruise directors). in August 2005 we made the first
pick of 60 cars chosen to compete at the cruise nationals ( cars are
chosen from all over Ontario). Cruise nationals hosted a car show for
the 60 finalists, at the end of august (at the Canadian national
exhibition) out of the 60 cars, 10 cars were selected for the finals. We
are one of the 10. Our 1963 Polara will be on display and judged in
February at the new auto show. (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) but half of
our score will come from voting online. We are the only MOPAR that made
it to the finals"
Thanks,
Neil and Rhonda Miller
