My Dodge Dakota R/T came to life 06/22/1999.
Maybe being such an early date is why it received a Solar Yellow paint
job. This is to let people know this is another odd ball. So maybe we
can come up with how many 2000 were painted Yellow. I bought it in
February of 2001 with only 4,550 miles on it. But they were tire smoking
all the way, the back tires were almost slick. The dealership I bought
it from had bought it from Chrysler, they seemed to think it had been a
show truck for them. Allot of things under it has Pilot written on them.
I have put a Mopar H/P computer, K & N air intake, cover with spoiler.
It now leads a pampered life only has 29,700 miles on it now. It has
only been snowed on one time on the way to a mopar swap meet. As the
front license plate says "IF DADDY'S DRIVIN'MOMMA'S SICK" I'm a women
that loves a lot of horsepower.
