440'S Mopar Of The Month August 2007: Awhile back I sent in pictures of my wife's
2002 Dodge Durango R/T and stated I would send in photos of my Road
Runner clone when I got it back on the road. Well here it is, it's an
original southern car I found in Tennessee while on vacation with my
family. I actually traded a Harley 883 sportster for this about three
years ago-try doing that now! Of course I couldn't leave it alone, so
I've had fun modifying it. It's got an HP 383 bored .030w/flattops,452
heads w/stainless valves and port matched, hooker headers, 3 inch
exhaust with x pipe, alum. intake w/holley street avenger carb., proform/accel/moroso
ignition, billet wheels w/BF Goodrich t/a's and a host of billet
brackets and goodies I machined myself. It gets more attention than a
new 'vette going down the road with it's viper yellow paint. I really
enjoy it and I hope you do to.
