Black Ice: I have a slightly modified Black
on black 2003 Dodge Dakota R/T. I started with a custom made CAI with a
K&N round filter. I then put on Edlbrocks shorties and opened the
exhaust up to 3" after the cat. The pipe is 30"s long and runs into
fowmasters 40 series single chamber race muff (really cool). I've added
the superchips programmer and 180 stat as well. I moved the IAT sensor
over to the CAI, and tuned te TPS to 0.71. I ported and polished my TB
in the garage (great mod for little cash). I run royalpurple in
everything. I'm running champion truck plugs 7041's set at .40. Seat
covers, NuImage gauge flames, SS grille, AMI billet fueldoor, MRK dash
control knobs (gun metal grey). Herculined the bed and rear bumper. I've
scotch guarded the entire interior (every year). Put on ceramic brakes
and painted the calipers with yellow ceramic high temp paint. I stuck
some summit powder coated traction bars in the rear (more for looks but
they do work surprisingly well). I use turtle wax ICE on the paint (this
is the Holy Grail of paint detail, try it man!) I also put piston valve
stem caps on the wheels (sweet). That's all I can think of at the
moment, more to come - I'd like to get the sniper grille in June!
