I am the second owner
of the Barracuda which I bought in 1970. I has about 130,000 actual
miles and has been maintained in its current state since
modification were done in the early 1970's. All components: engine -
340 V8(1969), Rear differential 8-3/4 POSI (1966), Twin snorkel hood
scoop (1973), Halibrand Mag Wheels (1973), Cyclone Fenderwell
Headers (1972) and side exit exhaust(1971). All were incorporated to
give a nostalgia look of the 70's. The interior is factory stock and
all exterior sheet metal, glass and trim pieces are original. The
car has been repainted once in 1988 with Dodge truck metallic Blue
and Silver Formula "S" stripe. This is a true Formula "S" car with
14" wheels, front sway bar, dash tachometer and beefed up leaf
springs. I have no plans to ever change it back to original as the
upgrades make it look like it belongs in the early 70's and it
always gets complements where ever it is shown.
