A little ugly, beat
up, rusty and the like but it's soooo cooool! I got this one last
fall and it's just exactly what I wasn't looking for. Even though
I've wanted a Ramcharger/Trailduster for long time I wasn't looking
at all. But when one shows up with a 400 (my favorite motor of all
time!) and a 4 speed I'm all over it.
It's got a long way to go to get back to it's former glory, but it
has a lot of hope. The core (floor and inner structure) is still
good. I plan on putting a 5 speed and newer transfer case in it as
soon as I can find that set up, that way I get an extra gear and
part time 4X4. With 3.54 gears I need all the help I can get to get
better mileage. I'd like to put on 33 9.50 BFGoodrich tires too.
