I used to own a 1979 Dodge Ramcharger
years ago and started to look for another one when I found this
beauty for sale only a couple miles from my home. It has a rebuilt
360 engine with four barrel carb. The transmission is full time 4
wheel drive. It has a nonfunctioning hood scoop which is just for
looks but eventually will be converted. The lift kit and off road
suspension were done by Superlift Suspension Systems. It has 37"
Mickey Thompson snow/mud tires. The top does come off. The rear
mount tire was missing when I bought it and I plan on replacing that
soon. The inside is in good condition and the cruise control and air
conditioning still work. I'm planning to have the Trail Duster
rebuilt from the frame up and having the interior customized to
convert it into a show truck. I bought it 11/07. My wife isn't to
thrilled with it but she doesn't complain since I bought her her own
SUV. The kids love it and have given it the name "The Beast".
