I acquired this vehicle Jan 09 for
$500,and replaced a rear ujoint. It has been my daily driver ever
since. The 318 is well maintained starts every day with out touching
the gas pedal regardless of temp. which in MT gets cold. The vehicle
was probably used originally by the Forest Service for accessing
forest fires? Besides a few dents here and there for character it
has been well maintained! All the OVM (chains, jack, axe, ect.) is
new condition and neatly tucked away. I have personalized some minor
details (painted dash, stereo, center console, battery box) but plan
to keep it simple and functional. Being x-military it will be my
tactical vehicle. Plan on tinting windows and a camo paint matching
the dash. Need a few interior parts but other than that it is solid!
