Stan's 1984 RamCharger was built in
August of 1983 and he purchased it new for $11,000 in December of
1983. The only work, other than routine maintenance, that Stan did
to his truck over the past 25 years was replace the radiator,
starter, and the water pump once. He also had to replace the choke
thermostat twice, and the valve cover gaskets twice. In 2009 he
replaced the original timing chain with a Cloyes True Roller timing
chain as preventive maintenance. It has been an EXTREMELY RELIABLE
vehicle! Stan's RamCharger has a 318, TorqueFlite 904, and Chrysler
8.25 rear axle. It is 2WD.
