1969 Dodge Dart Swinger 340. This
Mopar is what my wife calls "The other woman". Looking basically
stock it packs a pretty good punch. Motor is now a 360 +.030. KB 107
flat tops with 10.2:1 CR. Cam is Purple shaft flat tappet 284/284
duration 484/484 lift with 108 lobe separation with roller rockers.
Eddy Performer RPM aluminum heads, intake and 750 carb. Ignition is
Mopar with chrome ECU. Headers are Hooker Super Comps. Tranny is a
TCI unit with Hughes 3000 stall Pro Street converter. Basically a
sleeper unless you know what you are listening to. The idle and
cherry bombs removes any doubt what you are up against. I have no
other vices. No drugs, no alcohol, just the Mopar. Engine was built
by your truly and has withstood all of my abuse. Rocky's Dart
Swinger 340 was originally featured in
January 2005.
