1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda
Clone
By Marcel Jubinville
I'm the owner
of three mopars. My last mopar is a brand new 1970 Plymouth Hemi
Cuda clone. We finished the restoration in the middle of summer
2003. The car begin is life has a 340 Cuda 4 speed it is a two
fender tag car. I kept the original options even if I didn't
like the color and the vinyl top at first. I just added the
options I would of had taken if I had ordered it in 1970 (Hemi
engine, shaker, rubber bumper, rear window louver, am/fm radio).
We use N.O.S. and O.E.M. restored parts only and hemi parts to
get all the correct numbers. (torsion box, hemi brake booster,
hemi k frame, 956 radiator...) the only difference between this
car and an original Hemi Cuda is the VIN.
