1979 Dodge L'il Red

Hi, I am sending you my mopar to show on
your site. It is a 1979 Dodge Lil Red Express Truck and it is currently
the Worlds Fastest Lil Red Express. We bought the truck as a wreck in
1992 and began its restored it. The truck started out as a street
machine used for cruises and car shows. In '93 we began to race the
truck at a track near London Ontario Canada in the street class. Its
first pass ever was 15.40 in the quarter. Over the next 10 years the
truck has progressed into its current state. The truck currently
as a best time of 10.48 @ 128.18 mph in the quarter. We compete in many
local events including IHRA National Events in Toronto and Grand Bend
Ontario. We also make it out to all the local Mopar races.
The Truck is still 3800 lbs and we have not
cut or modified the truck in anyway. We have saved all the original
parts and some day the truck will return to the street. We replaced the
360 when the truck ran mid 12's and
replaced it with a 440. The 440 sport Indy aluminum heads and a tunnel
ram with two 750 Holley's. A beefed up 727 and 4.56 gears provide a
means to use the 650+ hp. We have never used NOS, all passes have been
all motor. Attached are a couple of pic of the truck. We love your site
