1970 Dodge Challenger
R/T
By Steve Reid (

I made arrangements to look at it the next
day. Much to my surprise not only did I see the JS27N0B on the VIN and
fender tag. When I climbed underneath the Challenger my heart skipped a
beat when I saw that the sequential #'s matched the engine block.
I then negotiated over the next two days
with Dave over the car. I ended up having it towed to my friends paint and
body shop where it has been for little over a year. The motor should be
done any day.
As you can see
by the pictures the car is 99% completely finished , save for some very
minor areas such as the AC bezel, screws for the AM radio, etc. The
Challenger has not been offered to the public since 1978 and only traded
hands through word of mouth since then. It's
one of those treasures that pop up very rarely in life and I am thankful
to have found her.
Thanks,
Steve Reid
