This is my Mopar:

My name is Mark Mroz, I can be emailed at Spectr72@nycap.rr.com and my MOPAR is a very rare 1972 California Highway Patrol Dodge Polara Pursuit car. We call it "SARGE" and use it for community service work as well as for car shows and cruising. There are many special order options and police only options such as an Ivory steering wheel (CHP order only), a relocated spare tire in trunk, dual spotlights, engine roll restriction, roof reinforcement ,police cam and tranny upgrades, HD brakes and suspension, A/C cut-off switch, even the original California Emissions pump and "Date in service" labels are still there.

I was fortunate enough to purchase SARGE from a CHP officer who had it since 1974 when the car (Unit #9333) was retired, it came to me with the original B.F. Goodrich pursuit radials on it as well as a full folder of documentation. The paper work included the acceleration and braking papers with the VIN on it, the original sales slip from SWIFT Dodge in Sacramento, the auction receipt (sold for $905.00 bucks), the build sheet, several CHP related tickets and logs (Blank/unused) and a 100 point check out from Vandenburg Motors dated just prior to auction.

The decals are reproduced from an original set and I have located and refurbished the lights/siren and radios and all are in great working order. Since owning this car I have made many great friendships and currently belong to the HISTORIC POLICE CAR HONOR GUARD and attend events with other police car clubs such as EVOOA and more. I enjoy chit chat about ALL cars so E-mails are welcome. Enjoy the hobby.
